Are your strategies results based on back-testing or forward-testing?
The strategies were released to the public in the current form on December 2011; Therefore all profit/loss results for dates more recent than December 2011 that are listed on our website are all based on post-release performance, meaning performance on untested data that was not available at the time of the strategy was released, it had not happened yet. This is called forward-testing as opposed to back-testing.

Are your Strategies Optimized?
No, we do not optimize our strategies, we use exact same rules, logic and parameter values across all times and all markets, No curve fitting.
Unfortunately the majority of strategies and systems available to the public are optimized and back-tested, meaning a developer optimizes his/her system until the back-tested results look favorable then advertises those results, but once the strategy is launched it will not take long before the system breaks apart, and the developer re-optimizes the system based on an excuse that market conditions have changed and thus the system needed updating. This is most likely tampering with the parameter values to re-optimize and re-curve fit the system so that the hypothetical historical performance continues to look good.

What platforms do your strategies work with?
Our Strategies are compatible with Global Zen, Trade Station and Ninja Trader. However if you do not have any of these platforms and not willing to get one of them, you can still get the Reversion strategy signals by attending our Members Room which is open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, and execute your trades with your current brokers platform.
Once I install the strategies, what kind of training will I receive?

Can these strategies be auto-traded?
The signals the strategies generate are fully automated. That means the trader will see both the indicators' and the strategies' signals as they appear on the trading platform live. Because the indicators generate signals one full bar prior to the actual buy and sell signals generated by the strategy, by trading these signals manually, the trader has the added advantage of being part of the queue well before the actual buy and sell signals appear, therefore having a better chance of getting filled.
On the other hand if the trader decides to autotrade the strategy, then the order will not be placed til after the strategy generates a buy/sell signal, which could be too late on some instances.
Again, the advantage of trading these strategies manually is that manual trades get placed before autotraded orders, and in a scalping strategy, time is very important.

Do you offer trials for in the Members Room?
No. Members are the only ones allowed to the Members Room. It is exclusive, because in the room we show our High Frequency Trade Levels, and George calls out trade signals in addition to the strategies based on these levels.

How do I receive the strategies software?
When we receive your signed education agreement and your payment, we email you the strategies files as an attachment based on the platform you use. Installation instructions are included.

Which hours can I use the strategies and indicators?
EminiStrategies.com's strategies can be traded as little as few hours a day or up to 24 hours a day Monday through Sunday.
Do your strategies use stop losses?
Yes, all of our strategies use stop losses. All EminiStrategies.com's strategies use at least two stop losses: a daily stop loss per and a weekly stop loss. There is no guarantee that such orders will be filled at the stop loss points or that losses will be limited to the determined amounts.
